2. DATI RACCOLTI E FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO

 

SIA raccoglie e tratta i seguenti dati personali per le seguenti finalità:
• Dati identificativi e di contatto: (nome, cognome, e-mail, telefono) per la gestione della vita associativa e la partecipazione agli eventi;
• Dati amministrativi e contabili: necessari per l’adesione all’associazione e la gestione delle quote associative;
• Dati relativi a eventi e iniziative: (partecipazione a corsi, convegni, seminari);
• Dati di navigazione: raccolti automaticamente (indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, dati di accesso) per la sicurezza e il miglioramento del sito;
• Dati per l’invio della newsletter: solo previo consenso esplicito;
• Immagini e riprese video: relative a eventi pubblici organizzati da SIA.

Base giuridica del trattamento:
• Esecuzione di un contratto: gestione della vita associativa e partecipazione agli eventi;
• Obblighi di legge: gestione contabile e fiscale;
• Consenso dell’interessato: invio di newsletter, utilizzo di immagini per scopi promozionali;
• Interesse legittimo del Titolare: gestione eventi e comunicazioni istituzionali.

3. CONSERVAZIONE DEI DATI

I dati personali saranno conservati secondo i seguenti criteri:
• Dati amministrativi e contabili: 10 anni (obblighi fiscali);
• Dati relativi alla partecipazione ad eventi: 5 anni;
• Dati di contatto per comunicazioni istituzionali: fino alla richiesta di cancellazione;
• Immagini e riprese video: fino alla revoca del consenso;
• Dati di navigazione: massimo 12 mesi.

4. TRASFERIMENTO DATI EXTRA UE

Nel caso in cui i dati personali vengono trasferiti fuori dall’Unione Europea, il Titolare garantisce l’adozione di misure adeguate conformi al Capo V del GDPR, tra cui:
• Decisioni di adeguatezza della Commissione Europea;
• Clausole contrattuali standard (SCC) approvate dalla Commissione Europea;
• Consenso esplicito dell’interessato, ove necessario.

SIA adotta misure di sicurezza tecniche e organizzative per proteggere i dati da accessi non autorizzati, perdita accidentale e trattamenti illeciti, tra cui:
• Crittografia SSL per la trasmissione dei dati;
• Accesso limitato ai dati solo a personale autorizzato;
• Backup periodici e protezione contro accessi non autorizzati.

8. MINORI E PROFILAZIONE

I dati possono essere trasferiti verso Paesi non appartenenti alla Unione SIA non raccoglie intenzionalmente dati personali di minori di 16 anni senza il consenso esplicito di un genitore o tutore. Il sito non effettua profilazione automatizzata degli utenti.

• Fornitori di servizi di pagamento (es. Unicredit);
• Soggetti che forniscono servizi per la gestione tecnica del sito web e delle piattaforme di iscrizione;

Trasferimento dei dati all’estero
