North Dakota State University: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

The Forage, Biomass and Cover Crop Production project in the Department of Plant Sciences, North Dakota State University, is seeking a postdoctoral research associate. This is a two-year federal grant supported position. It could be extended based on funding availability and performance of the incumbent.

The incumbent will coordinate and conduct multilocation field studies in a multidisciplinary team research setting to develop optimum agricultural management protocols of intercropping systems (crops, forages, and cover crops) in the upper Midwest. The candidate will also be responsible for leading studies to evaluate soil health and other associated ecosystem services provided by the different intercropping systems. Incumbent will interact closely with likeminded teams of researchers from North Dakota State University, USDAARS Research lab in Morris, MN, University of Minnesota, and Iowa State University. The incumbent will be expected to work in a team environment and contribute to joint research interests/projects of the Group.
